1. Select album from My Music and/or Windows Media Player (they should be the same..).
2. Check cds to see if I've already copied it to disc.
3. If not, copy to disc. Possible exceptions: Where an album is short enough to maybe fit two albums on an 80min cd-r.
4. Check to see if I've transferred cd to mp3 player.
5. If not, transfer to mp3 player.

Please can anyone tell me if there's a way to use Windows Media Player to download music from my puter to my Sony mp3 player (it's a Sony NW-HD5 Walkman mp3 player), rather than the crappy SonicStage software/player that came with it?

Or an alternative, please?

So what do I need to do/get so that my WMP plays m4a files? (I'm assuming these are a progression from mp3's?)

I've just transferred 3 more albums to disc, with hopefully at least one or two more later.

I may even get to register some books.

Earlier this afternoon I also helped Mum and Dad wash the car, while Pepper seemed to watch Mum, Dad and I wash the car... and then when we'd finished she went and found her ball! Gotta love her ;o)

The Good -

I've copied 3 albums to disc this morning. It would've been 4, but with the 2-disc Bryan Adams Anthology I have, both discs are just over the 80mins that fits onto my blank CD-R's. And I mean just = a few seconds, so Nero gave me some message about possible over-burning, but that sounded a bit dodgy so I'm not quite sure what to do ( Read more... )

I was gonna do quite a bit this morning - allegedly - then I realised that the little clipy-nose-piece-thing on my glasses had dissumappeared, so gave it to my brother to see if he could fix it (the Opticians will be shut now), and now it's lunch-time ( Read more... )

I forgot I had this album on my puter. I'll have to listen to it again now before I decide whether or not to copy it to disc.

I think I'll have to get some more discs too..
